Leacy Plumbing

Review: [redacted] Leacy of Leacy's Plumbing & Heating replaced a standard Hot Water Heater (50 Gallon) in our house on November 27, 2015. He was hired to complete the job and obtain the required permit from the township and was paid in full for everything on the date of installation. He did not complete the job stating that he did not have a part in his truck and without completing that remaining task (putting a hook to the vent of HW Heater), the job will not pass the inspection, and he will not be able to obtain permit as it is required according to the code. Even though he did not finish the work but insisted on paying him in full that we did. He promised to return later on within a week stating his professionalism. Now it has been more than 2 months. I have reminded him at least a dozen times via phone, texts and e-mails. He has not finished the remaining job and have not scheduled any inspection or obtained the required permit from the township that he promised and was paid for. He does not even respond to my calls. Twice he told me that he will finish it in a few days but never came or scheduled any appointments.Desired Settlement: He should finish the remaining job within the next one week.

Subsequently, have the township inspection done and obtain the permit as promised and was paid for.

This should be accomplished in reasonable time (latest with in the next 2 weeks).

We would prefer to get it done over the weekend as Mr. [redacted] Leacy works on weekends. If it can be done only during week days then it is important to keep the mutually agreed up on appointments as we have to take time off from work to get this work done.
