I am sorry this got pushed off on my partI did the flower order for Mr [redacted] daughters funeralHe gave me a credit cardI ran it at the time, A few weeks later he sent me a checkI did deposit it( not really thinking it was paid) I use a shopkeep program and at the time I could not do refunds on my programBut later they have upgraded the system so I can NOW( No excuse but I had an accident/concussion which I am not quite myself yet,)I did talk with Mr [redacted] I at that time tried to do a refund on the systemI thought it was done I should have followed throughI totally rely on the shopkeep system It does not keep names or addresses Just the main sale infoI would be very happy to refund his moneyI could refund C.Cwould need the last didgets then I could do this ASAP.I am so very sorry for this matter to be talken care of.Mary [redacted]
