Company states snow came off the roof and busted a pipeConsumer was aware that the company owner was going through some health issuesConsumer knew that it was not the company's faultThe company patched it up as a goodwill gestureCompany advised he would need a plumber, which the company is
not licensed to do plumbing work

Kathleen [redacted]They should have installed snow stoppers to protect the pipes. If things were installed properly it wouldn't have happened. I was told the roof was guaranteed for 40 years. Two months after installation I have a problem. In addition they never corresponded with me about needing a plumber. I have not heard form them.
