Review: My boyfriend and I stayed Feb 6th- Feb 12th at the Le Pavillon. About 2-3 days into our trip a maid/room service staff stole $200 in cash from one suitcase, $20 from another, and a debit card from my purse (that I left in the room all week). After freezing the account and flipping the room, we decided to get proof that the staff was looking through our belongings while we were out. We took pictures our of suitcases/clothes before and after we left for the day and when we returned the suitcases were in disarray (and to make matters worse, the bank envelope that they had taken money out of prior had again been tampered with and moved to a different location). We told staff and were promised a manager would call. 12 hours later with no call we are again promised an urgent call, another 12 hours and the housekeeping manager says theyll investigate and call by Monday 2/15. Our last day of vacation was spent tracking down staff that should have been more concerned with what occurred. It's really negligent and unprofessional. We spent a lot of money to stay at this hotel and theft aside- We had our room cleaned x1 in a week despite requests. I was given the general manager of Le Pavillon's card by and have left 3 voicemails over the past week to both his business and cell line that were listed on the card. We have received NO calls/ correspondence from the hotel about this to date.Desired Settlement: At the very least we would like to be contacted by the hotel. Ideally, we would like to be reimbursed the $220 that was stolen (since there is nothing that can be done about the debit card), or be refunded for the two nights at the hotel that we had to carry our belongings with us so that nothing more would be stolen.
