I filed a complaint online earlier today against Le Nails in Mid Rivers Mall in StPeters, MOI was looking online and found a two different websites that listed their pricesI wanted to include screenshots of those prices to show that they grossly overcharged me for the servicesI also wanted to state that I did try to dispute the charges in person before I left but they were very rude, pushy, and wouldn’t speak understandable English at that timeAs you can see $for a pedicure and gel manicure is a complete scam and they took full advantage of me coming into their businessThey charged me way above what the prices list & I’m due quite a bit of a refund on the services ? Poor, rough and unsanitary workDenied servicing daughter, refused refund, said manager was " out of the country" and not reachable Daughter treated rudely and roughly at Le Nail on 4/25/in the a.m Hands slapped and repeatedly pulled on roughly whiling being told to " relax"Cuticles gouged multiple times with a sanding device during manicure and left bloodiedNo attempt to apologize, sanitize hands or clean off blood and excess polishDaughter left with blood around nail bedsWhen I contacted them less than an hour after her appointment they denied they had serviced herThe worker I spoke to refused any refund saying he ( Shaun ) was not authorized to do thisNo manager available, was told by " Shaun" that the manager was " out of the country " and could not be reached

[redacted] asking for part of her money back, we would like to give a rebuttle:To Whom it May Concern:This customer was from out of state and the gel she had is different from what we use and took longer to remove.The customer needed both a pedicure and a manicure plus a design on both her feet and hands.this customer should have known this is a time consuming request because she gets this done apparently on a regular basis.I do not feel I should have to give any money back because thecustomer gave a tip of $which tells me she was HAPPY with the job we did because a customer does not give a tip if they were unhappy in any with way!!!Then she left and came back with her boyfriend complaining about how much we charged for the design which I suspect was the boyfriend's complaint and not her complaint.I ALWAYS TELL MY CUSTOMERS HOW MUCH THE DESIGN WILL COST BEFORE I APPLY IT TO THEIR NAILS AND THEY EITHER SAY YES OR NO....obviously the customer said 'YES' AGREEING to the price quoted.We CLEARLY post at both entrances of our salon that we take credit cards, as well as cash of course There should NOT have been a misunderstanding since we clearly have posted for the past years that we have been at this location and I might add that there has NEVER been a Revdex.com complaint in that years of business.I am sorry for her confusion but do not feel any money should be returned because of the requested work was done and tipped...only the boyfriend was upset about the amount, and he should have given his girlfriend a dollar limit as to what he was willing to pay for and let her pay for the rest and not try to get money back for work his girlfriend agreed on with pricing clearly explained.Thank you

My name is [redacted] and I serviced both of these customersI am the only person who works on acrylic nails. I always tell the client the charge for their services before I do them. Different services are priced differently such as gel polish, shape of nail, French manicures, designs on nails, etc. I am sure that these women received different services which would explain the difference in price. Normally, if there is that extreme difference in price for the same service of two customers, they would come back immediately to tell us and have their charges explained to them. I consider $a major price difference.

cylinders rekeyed, each. [redacted] said you really do not want to do this again, are you sure??? Paid a lot money and the situation still continued. Medeco locks are not BUMP FREE, after all this, then had to change the 2 locks entirely, to feel safe in my home. I feel this is a liability, of the Medeco Security corporation, of false advertisement.
