Le Mieux Glass and Mirror

LLC fraudently advertised their name and licenses. *** is the owner and operator. After purchasing glass panel *** refused to answer calls or texts. Finally he said installer was coming on 3/11/2020 on 3/10/2020. The individuals showed up to do the job without the hardware for the product. Additionally they created damage in the bathroom during the install process including ruining the flooring and base boards. Upon inspection I asked them about the damage and missing pieces, they said to call the owner ***. I called *** and he did not answer and left a message. I then texted him, the method we had been communicating and stated the damage and missing pieces and to please advise a plan of action. Several hours later he had no responded to calls or texts. At 7:00 PM I texted again asking him to please respond tonight so no further action would be needed on a course of action, as I felt he was dodging me and my concerns. He did not answer my call but texted me and said, "stop being an ***" and I called him again. He answered and said "Good luck fixing the damage and issue. You are an *** and I am not helping you" and he hung up. Upon review online the company is not active that he has. He opened an LLC out of the area in 2019 in which is not the company he advertised. Additionally there are several reviews online with customers with the same issues. Lack of product, terrible installation and him not solve issues. He is extremely rude, hostile and scary. He will not provide insurance information to make a claim. He hid the company name and provided services under a different company with no DBA. If the company advertised in accordance with laws *** would not have promoted his business to be a different name, been in business for 30+ years and locally run. He advertised *** Glass and Mirror, which is not a real company. He charged my card and performed services under a company that is dissolved. The damage and poor work reflect the fact of his deceit
