resolved. I am contacting the Revdex.com on behalf of complaint ID [redacted] to inform you that my resolution from the company has been completed, and they have refunded the cost of the item that was not sent to me. I very much appreciate the Revdex.com's diligence to acquire a response from the company. Thank you very much for all of your help.
