Le Bon Day Spa

Complaint[redacted]1. Went to Le Bon Day Spa to tan and there is a sign on the door stating that they will now (without warning) be closed indefinitely. [redacted]just spent $68 on tanning minutes and $32 on tanning lotion that I can now no longer use.2. This business used to be called Alpha Omega Day Spa and has since changed it's name to Le Bon Day Spa. No new ownership just a name change. [redacted] the spa "no longer accepts gift certificates with the name Alpha Omega on it" Obviously trying to not honor their old gift certificates.3. The hours at this business change without warning and every month to suit the owner. 4. When you do show up (during regular, posted business hours) they are often closed. 5. When you make an appointment they do not honor the appointment time. I have had my tanning sessions cancelled on me (by the spa).Product_Or_Service: Tanning Minutes and Tanning LotionDesired SettlementI want a refund of the 100 tanning minutes that I bought less then a week ago.
