Hello, We have looked into the matter with order #*** and after researching we have found the cause of the issue. The UPS tracking number associated with the reship was incorrect by digit. This led to her product going to a customer that did not request it. After
speaking with the customer on the phone and explaining the situation we came to a resolution. I immediately shipped her replacement bag and also refunded her order as compensation for the issue as requested. I have researched the cause and put steps in place to insure this can not happen in the future. Thanks, Matt

I received a phone call from "Matt" at the merchant company and was most pleased with just getting an explanation and assurances that the issue was resolved permanently for all future customers. I also received, without prompting, a refund of my purchase price for the "hangout bag" and also 2 replacement bags as compensation for their error and my troubles. I am happy to learn that the company, According to Matt, plans to add a phone number for customer concerns so that issues like this can be handled appropriately and swiftly without getting lost "climbing the chain" from the internet chat specialist to management.
