Review: I signed a lease for a Toshiba copier/printer/scanner. The lease obligates me to pay a monthly fee, which I have done faithfully, while also requiring LDI (Toshiba)to provide me with a serviceable machine. They have failed to do so. My machine repeatedly broke down, costing me business, and extra expenses when I had to have presentations prepared at Staples, at great expense to me. (I was never reimbursed for these extra, unforeseen expenses.) The machine broke down so often, LDI finally brought me a replacement-which has promptly broken down itself, on numerous occasions. I have had enough! I want out of this contract.Desired Settlement: I wish to simply have my lease contract voided, so that I can sever all ties with this company, which, I believe, has failed to live up to the terms of the contract.
