In response to the above mentioned complaint, Mr [redacted] is not a customer of L&D Financial Services, IncI was contacted by Mr [redacted] in May because he was trying to contact [redacted] with no response regarding the preparation of a state income tax returnAllegedly, Mr [redacted] had a verbal agreement with Mr [redacted] to assist him with the preparation of his state income tax returnIt should be know to all parties that when Mr [redacted] engages potential clients for income tax preparation services, he is doing it on his own behalf for his own economic benefit as a sole proprietorL&D Financial Services is not affiliated with this sole proprietorship and does not receive any portion of the payment for services rendered by Mr [redacted] As a third party contacted in this matter, I would like to see Mr [redacted] and Mr’ [redacted] resolve this matter as soon as possible tooI have contacted Mr [redacted] and offered my services, if Mr [redacted] does not resolve this matter soon
