Hello,I spoke to Mr*** on 6-22-16, unfortunately we did not come to a resolutionI did lower his amount due by half in attempt to resolve the issue, being that neither of us were present at the time of the treatmentWe do have a step process we go through before canceling an account, which I
explainedWe did talk about Mr***'s issue in our weekly policy meeting two weeks agoI feel our current process is respectful and thoroughI do also feel that when we ask if a client wishes to continue with service and they say yes we should do the service and be compensated, which we didMrs*** did agree to have the lawn treated this spring according to our recordsThere is always room for improvement, but in this case I feel we made every attempt to provide good serviceThank you for your consideration into this matter
