I am rejecting this response because:I am over this situation but I do not think this was handle properly, we as the customer tried contacting you the company many times to say we didn't pay

To set the record straightNo you were not billed in a timely mannerOur records had shown that you had paid but come time to do our company taxes the numbers did not add up and that is when the error was found The sprinkler head was moved so that it would not be damaged and was explained
that it would have to be set so that it sprays in the proper areaOur original estimate was in which I only billed you that is the discount for you holding onto you're money longer Sorry for the inconvenience of you having to hold on to the money longer then needed
