On an added note, I did attempt to cancel this complaint as I later called back and talked to another representative who was understanding and agreed to credit my account for the charged $39.90.

Ms. [redacted] signed up for a 7 day trial on November 5th.  On the eighth day, she was charged the monthly fee.  The first call received by Ms. [redacted] was after the trial ended, on 11/17. On 11/17 when she called she was immediately canceled.  While Ms. [redacted] was not due for a refund, as a courtesy we did refund her.  Please allow 7/10 days for the refund to process.

I will settle with the decision. And close the case. However as stated this was NOT myself who opned this account with this company,  yet I am Satisfied with the refund, and have cancelled card associated with this mess.
