Review: On 11/11/2014 you sent your contract employee, Tim [redacted] to my home to connect my new computer to the [redacted] network. Mr [redacted] informed me that I would need a router for the new computer to work. I bought the one he recommended and provided from him for 140.00. Despite my request that he test it before leaving, he did not do so and in fact , it did not work.

At this point, I called both LC and [redacted] and was told to stop payment on the check, which I did. I also returned the original router equipment to LC. Tough the Bank received the right check number they mistakenly paid it. Technically this may be their error, but I am sure ethically you realize that this was a mistake and that you should not receive payment for work that was not successfully accomplished.

After I bought a similar, (but this time compatible) piece for 90.00 less than the incorrect piece Mr. [redacted] had initially provided you sent a second technician who completed the job correctly.Desired Settlement: THE PROBLEM IS THIS: TIM JORDAN COLLECTED 140.00 FROM ME FOR WHICH HE IS NOT ENTITLED BECAUSE HE FAILED TO PROVIDE THE WORKING EQUIPMENT. I need tohave this sum returned to me and I am confident as a reputable company that selects reputable contractors you will send me a check to the address below. Failure to do so will force me to take this up with Wildblue, with whom you are contracted. I understand with Umqua Bank and with the Revdex.com - for starters.
