I paid this company over 3400$ about a year ago to build a tower on my property to get high speed internet access. Also last february I paid them for a year of monthly service at 1mbps. Since october I have had constant connection issues which they have failed to take care of, and now they have totally stopped answering my phone calls. When the built the tower and took my money for a full year of service they said I would be able to get good high speed internet service with them. I recently visited my mother who also has a 1mbps connection with a different company and I realized I never got what I paid for even before the connection issues started in october.
