Honestly just talked with owner seems like a nice guy and probably great place to shop in person BUT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE not only were the boots defective they sent me the wrong size poles (which I just noticed because I just ordered poles for summer that were supposed to be longer thAn the ones I ordered here, turns out they SENT ME THE WRONG POLES so now I have two sets of WRONG SIZE POLES BECAUSE OF THESE is yeah is!!!!) Will not shop here again. Bought a brand new pair of SALOMON RS CARBON SKATE BOOTS and the zipper was broken when they arrived I called and they were anything but helpful. Did not offer to do anything for me The guy did NOT WANT TO DO THE RIGHT THING he did not offer replacement!!!!!!!! F THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
