the owners response that she did not respond promptlyIf she had I would not have contacted youI emailed her numerous times trying to set up an appointment without a responseI also asked for a refund when she finally responded stating that I was outside the radius and I didn't hear back from her again for several daysWaiting several days to resolve a potential clients concerns is extremely unprofessional, not to mention horrible customer service.Again, thank you Revdex.com for addressing my concerns in this matter

FYI This was resolved as I told the customer sunday. The customer over-reacted and didn't allow time for anyone to respond. I responded in a timely and professional manner.
