Our customer service department at LazyOne does everything they can to provide the best customer service possibleI do believe that there must have been some miscommunication somewhere with this customer. My office is right round the corner from the desk of the person working with this
customer and she is always kind to everyone According to our customer service department, this customer was difficult to work with however it does not excuse us from not being polite which I am not sure that is the case. We will learn from this experience and make certain that all communication going forward is taken care of.
