Lazy Day Maintenance service was not effective in bringing my pool to proper function within a reasonable time frame
I have been a maintenance customer of the company for over a year - since the new pool liner was installedThis entailed weekly service to clean and balance the poolI paid to have the pool closed in the winter after the weekly maintenance endedI also paid to have the pool opened thia year and resumed weekly service to get it clean
After the pool was opened, the weekly service started but the pool was not getting cleanThe company claimed that there were so many leaves in it that it would not come clean without many visits or an $fee to vacuum it all upIf the pool was cleaned and serviced weekly at the end od last summer, then leaves should not have been in the pool when they closed the poolIf they closed the pool with leaves in the bottom of the pool, they did not provide adequate service when I paid to have them close the poolIf they did not clean
