Lazy Dais pools and Spas

We had a pool refurbished along with the pool deck. The pool deck had a few significant cracks that occurred during the warranty period. My wife called and texted Tom (the owner of Lazy Dais Pools) and never received a reply. After a time, my wife was frustrated since we paid a significant amount of money for the pool and deck refurbishment and asked that I try and give Tom a call. I did and we had many conversations setting up times for him to come by and take a look at the cracks. Each time we set something up, he also had to cancel or re-schedule. I finally got him to come out and he took a look at the deck and agreed to have one of is guys come by and repair the cracks. Sometime later ( a week or so), his employee came by to do the work and it started to pour. He left and I have not been able to get Tom by phone or text.

As a final attempt for resolution, I am filing this complaint.
