I ordered a $28 toy for my dogs, and they only shipped me a tennis ball without a packing slip. they only offered a discount on a future order, not a refund. They do not respond to my requests for the rest of the shipment, the toy. They intentionally only shipped me a tennis ball. The advertised a PET WORLD "interactive toy" where the dog drops the ball in the toy, and the toy tosses it so the dog has to chase it and bring it back and drop it in the toy again.
