Lazuli Blue Med Spa at Eden

Review: I attended the Grand Opening Open House at Lazuli Blue on Sept 19th, 2013. After a brief consultation with [redacted], RN, I signed up to have 2 syringes of Radiesse Dermal Filler placed and paid $500 on my Visa card. I was reappointed to come back on Sept 23rd to have the procedure done. I took time off of work to go in for my 4:00pm appt on the 23rd, only to be told once I got there that they didn't have the product on hand to do the procedure. I was reappointed to come back on Oct 7th.On Oct 7th I again took time off of work to go to my 4:00pm appt, this time only to show up to an office that was shut tight and the lights were off. I waited for 20 minutes and left a message on their phone that I was waiting outside their office. The next afternoon I was able to get ahold of them and they told me that they had decided to close their office that day and offered me another appt, along with a complimentary massage or facial.I finally was able to have 1 of the syringes placed on Oct 14th, with instructions to come back on Nov 11th to have the 2nd dose placed.My appt was cancelled last minute by them and they never phoned me back to reschedule. I talked to the Manager, [redacted], to request half of my money be refunded as I have no interest in continuing on as a client to have the 2nd syringe completed. I have been given the run around and now all of the people that I have been working with have suddenly left the clinic.I just want my refund and will never do business with them again!Desired Settlement: I think it is more than fair and equitable to ask for a $250 refund of my $500 payment I made 3 1/2 months ago. They have failed 3 out of 4 appts on me to try and get this service completed and they have given me the run around with little to no apologies for their poor service.
