Review: so im having an issue with receiving my payment from the company bouncetown that was located in rancho cordova ca at [redacted]. I had paid a deposit of $50 on feb 19th 2015 for mu sons party & I had found out they were closing down I called them and left a message asking how I was going to get my money back. they left me a message which o still have of them telling me I was gonna be receiving a check in the mail & it has been over 2 months. im just wondering whats taking so long & I was also calling there other location for weeks but no answer & then finallu their number to was disconnected. if you can help me with this that would be appreciatedDesired Settlement: I want my full refund

Review: Bouncetown/Lazercity sold me a Bouncetown pass for $25 which included 5 visits. The pass was only used once (and deducted 1 visit/$5) with 4 visits/$20 remaining on the card. The company posted a sign on the business location a week later stating that they were "temporarily closed" without an anticipated reopening date. All attempts to contact business owners for a refund of the amount remaining on the card have failed.Desired Settlement: I would like my $20 refund for the amount left unused.

Review: My son was injured at LazerCity in El Doado Hills while at a birthday party at this establishment playing Lazer tag. He was his in the face with another child's plastic gun which didn't have the required safety rubber bumpers on the tip. Instead, the tip had exposed sharp plastic which lacerated my son's lip and mouth area. I immediately contacted the "on-duty" superviser and asked for a copy of the incident report; was informed one wasn't taken. I went in-person the following business day and filled a report out. Was told to take my son to the doctor to be seen and they will definitely take care of any expenses. He was then taken to Urgent Care and bandaged up. I've attempted numerous times to be reimbursed and the owner refused to make contact or reimburse me as I was told.Desired Settlement: I am requesting reimbursement of the doctor visit and antibiotics prescribed from the doctor as a result of the injury sustained at their establishment.
