We did comp the patron for two nights of parking, a total of $122.00- obviously more than the cost of the *** rideIf she does stay again at the hotel- we will gladly comp another evening of parking

Tell us why here... Unfortunately, damage to the tires could have happened anywhere. Our project manager spoke with the parker on Monday and explained our position. As a monthly parker, the customer asked for a complimentary month of parking for her inconvenience. We were just authorized...
by the client to offer that. We are careful to state that we are not offering parking as an admittance to any liability, but as a customer service gesture to a valued parker. We have not yet heard if the parker is happy with the offer.
