LAZ parking at 1100 McKinney Ave, Dallas,TX

Today morning I was trying to pay for my parking(Stall no : 577) at LAZ parking where I usually park. And the machine didn't give me the printed receipt to place in the dashboard. But 8$ has been deducted from my account.
When I called them to report this issue, nobody picked the call. So left a voice mail about the issue but didn't heard back anything from the office.
And I could see everywhere notice board telling the car will be towed away if parked without the receipt in dashboard.
I don't want to pay fine for which I'm not deserved. Then I end up paying 13$ in other public parking area.
