Hi [redacted] ,I recently received an email about a review concerning a complaint (ID [redacted] ) that my dealership Layal automotive llc did roll back the odometer on a car that was sold by us ( [redacted] 2009)I would like to dispute that we did not mess with the odometer for this car in any wayAt the time we purchased the car from the auction it was announced with and we did buy it with the dash showing the same mileageWe towed the car to the shop so there was no additional mileage put on the vehicle while transporting it to the shopI have contacted the buyer and we are in talks about thisI have also contacted [redacted] who edited the car days after the purchase and they are working on resolving the problemWe beleive the problem is on the last report with who ever edited with [redacted] ***I can send you proof of our purchase from the auction if needed and also the [redacted] report until it was edited as and after 20days it was reported as We believe that the mistake was done by some one else, not layal automotive llcAs for the bodywork it was clearly stated and disclosed to the buyer that the car was a total loss/ front damage and repaired which he acknowledged and signed the paperwork that he was aware of thatShould you need proof of that we can email you those forms that the buyer signedThank you

way. At the time we purchased the car from the auction it was announced with 115192 and we did buy it with the dash showing the same mileage. We towed the car to the shop so there was no additional mileage put on the vehicle while transporting it to the shop. I have contacted the buyer and we are in talks about this. I have also contacted [redacted] who edited the car 20 days after the purchase and they are working on resolving the problem. We beleive the problem is on the last report with who ever edited with [redacted]. I can send you proof of our purchase from the auction if needed and also the [redacted] report until it was edited as 155192 and after 20days it was reported as 155192. We believe that the mistake was done by some one else, not layal automotive llc. As for the bodywork it was clearly stated and disclosed to the buyer that the car was a total loss/ front damage and repaired which he acknowledged and signed the paperwork that he was aware of that. Should you need proof of that we can email you those forms that the buyer signed. Thank you.
