LAX Van Rentals

This establishment allowed me to book a van, took down my credit card information and generated a confirmation for me It was done the night before a big trip at 9pm I went to sleep with the idea I had a van reserved for our trip However, the next day when I got ready to pick up the van, I had a cancellation notice that was generated a am in the morning Luckily I saw the cancellation before I drove to the van rental location When I called to inquire about the reservation, I was told the reservation was cancelled because no vans were available The question I had for the gentleman on the phone was shouldn't his system have known that they didn't have anymore vans for rent? I could have come up with a contingency plan if that was the case After all was said and done, I received another email confirming the appointment?! I believe I was a victim of unscrupulous business practice and I would not recommend using this establishment

Luckily I saw the cancellation before I drove to the van rental location. When I called to inquire about the reservation, I was told the reservation was cancelled because no vans were available.
