On January 4,2018, I purchased two books totaling approximately $The website advertised that the books would be sent mid January and that I was pre-ordering my booksI emailed an employee (1-18-18) who said they won’t email me with updates of my order because they don’t have a way of sending updates or notifications to “everyone.” After rechecking the website, I’ve seen several updates that books would be shipped late January, early February, now mid FebruaryAs of now (mid February), I have not received my books that I was expected to get mid January
On 2-8-18, I called the company and spoke to a representative who said that my books had not been printed yetHe said that the books were printed off site then sent to him and then from there he sent the books outI believe that he said that I could expect the books within weekStill, I have not gotten my booksIt’s been over week since that call
It has been over month since I expected these books to be deliver
