Lawson's Degree of Comfort

Tim had sold my family a lemon and kept charging us for extra parts that did not need to be replaced. We found out that he sells Used or refurbished unites and says they are new. Also, he had called out someone else a couple of times that supposedly worked for jim and found out that he was not a licensed HVAC guy and that he put all the parts and warrantees under his buddies name which my unit under breaking and it wasn’t covered and I had to pay an additional thousand dollars to get it fixed. What a rip off.

A degree of comfort, Tim ***, sold me and serviced my air conditioner which turned out to be a lemon. For over six years, my unit had to be serviced and replenished with freon every summer. Every year, I would lose Freon over the winter and when the weather would be, hot, I would not have a working air conditioner. Tim would replace a different part and charging me $800 each year. I had finally had enough and I demanded a new unit. At that point he replaced one more part and guaranteed me it would work. But every year it did not work. and I would end up paying him between $600 and $800. I should have reported him to the Revdex.com at that time but I guess I kept hoping that this time it was fixed right. I should’ve reported him to the Revdex.com and sued him!
