On Sunday, August 2, 2015; Interior Moving moved the [redacted] During the move, we were unable to move a dresser up the stairs at the new home The movers left the dresser on the first floor Ms [redacted] called and stated that her and husband were able to move the dresser upstairs She also stated it was damaged I explained to her that I was not sure we were still liable for the damage since someone else moved it She also said she was missing some screws to her son's bunkbed I offered to send someone out to replace the screws and take a look at the dresser Ms [redacted] said "Why would I have anyone from your company come to my house to do anything else." I explained to her that since it was just screws we would just come out and see which type were needed and replace them I also explained that the dresser would be looked at by a professional wood repair person Ms [redacted] said, "Again why would l have any one affiliated with your company come and do anything."
