The Funeral Home just received the complaint by email on June 30, I will research the matter and respond as soon as possible

I did serve the *** *** Family. The bill was paid in full as per our policy. The information/death certificate was passed to the Public
Administrator. The Public Administrator did issue a check and it was received by the Firm on 2/29/2016. My apologizes, I did not know the check came into the Accounting Department, that information was not passed to me. However, I have directed the Accounting Department to print a check to be sent to the family immediately (mailing 7/1/2016) to *** ***, *** *** St, ***, KY 40409 . I also called and verified that I had the correct mailing address. Again, My personal apology, and I have had a conversation with the accounting department to prevent such a miscommunication in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience this cause your family. ** *** **
