Law Office of Kathy Roux

Please be aware that Kathy is totally unethical. She acted with little respect or care towards her client. She accepted my payment in full, $700. 3 weeks later she sent me a certified letter telling me that she will not put some probate paperwork together and took one third of my money. She is an attorney so she thinks she can get away with everything because clients know nothing and don’t know the law I definitely do not recommend her and think she’s a very unethical attorney

Ms. Roux is a great attorney as far as Elder Law practice, but beware of any type of correspondence relating to your case. You will be nickel and dimed to death! She also called and said she was waiting on a payment from me in order to pay her rent. I feel that comment should never have been spoken to me or any client for that matter.
