Review: The landscaper originally quoted the backyard job at my home at $8,000+, then after I said I was going with someone else, he said he could hit my budget of $5,000. After a lot of delays and a poor job, including awkward steps and dead sod, the final price was $6,659. That's 33% above the original quote, which I have in text message. The crew left a mess behind, and they want to charge me for the new sod, saying I didn't water it enough. For the record, there were brown, splotchy patches on day one.Desired Settlement: Either a refund of the amount above the original quote or a complete fix of the situation
