Lawns Plus sprayed our yard on May 29, 2018 at approximately mid day, after they came and sprayed our grass died in the majority of our front yard
Lawns Plus came mid day on Tuesday May 29th, 2018, to spray our yard with a Late Spring Application, despite the temperatures being approximately XX-XXX degrees that day. After they sprayed the yard, we noticed within 2 days that our front yard and spots in our back yard grass appeared to be fried and dead. We have lawn irrigation and had been watering our yard before and after that application, so there is no reason why our grass should be fried. We have never experienced this issue before with our grass.
We have tried to contact Lawns plus at XXX-XXX-XXXX, with today being the 3rd day, and there is no answer. The phone just rings and then it says their mailbox is full. I have searched online and cannot locate an email address or any other way to contact this company, which is why I am contacting the Revdex.com. I did notice that another customer submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com and had the same issues with trying to get in contact with this company.
We would like our bill of $50.09 for the service provided on Tuesday May 29th, 2018 to be waived, and we would like for Lawn's Plus to contact us back. If our yard is going to require new sod, we would like for Lawn's Plus to cover that cost, as we feel that this was not an issue until they sprayed our yard on May 29th. The customer has been credited for the service. My applicator did report that the lawn was showing signs of stress at the time of the application. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Thank you for the response. We would like to also confirm that the business received our request via voicemail that we are no longer interested in receiving services from them. We have not received any calls from the business confirming that they have received our message or phone calls to discontinue further services.

I am moving and therefore need to stop service from Lawns Plus at *** NW *** Avenue *** I am unable to contact Lawns Plus.
Starting on 4/26/18 I have been trying to contact Lawns Plus to stop service for customer # XXXXX at 2340 NW 75th Ave in Ankeny. I have tried calling them at XXX-XXX-XXXX over twenty times. Every time there is no answer and I get a message that the mailbox is full and to please try again later. I have also tried faxing the company at XXX-XXX-XXXX but it will never go through. Most of the time it says the line is busy. We have even tried sending them a message on Facebook. I would like to receive written notification that services will be stopped and our account will be closed. I have already paid for the service received on 4/27/18 that we did not want.
Please discontinue all service for customer XXXXX and refund payment for services provided on 4/27/18
I spoke with customer this afternoon and issue was resolved and they are supposed to be contacting you to let you know. Please call me with any questions.
