They reset a patio at our house and the polymeric sand that is in between the blue stone cracked and fell apart within a year. Desired Settlement: I would at least like a partial refund. I have to hire a knowledgeable company to fix the patio properly.

I would like to state first that there is not a warranty on Polymeric sand which was explained to the client. Polymeric sand expands and contracts with the weather. The client contacted me and let me know her concerns ,in return I explained that it was not warranted but I would send a crew to replace it anyway's. When my crew members got to there house, they were greeted by 2 very angry and belligerent women who cursed and proceeded to throw them off of their property. When I had called to see what the problem was and they yelled cursed and would not let me get a word in so I hung up on them instead of being cursed at and verbally abused. I went above and beyond what I was contracted for. I did severral other minor things for them that they were not charged for. I am beside my self with the way 2 ladies would act and talk to a person that has gone above and beyond the scope of work for. I will not respond to or contact them in the future. The project was completed PROPERLY and met their very low budget. I will not warranty the polymeric sand.
