Lawn Pros did exactly what I asked them to doThe drip system works goodThere are a couple of individual drips that need some adjustingIt is easy to do, so no big dealThe designer of the rock/mulch combination worked to make a nice design in the front under the pine treesThe worker that made a rock path for me in back used metal borders to hold in the small rocksIt is nice not to walk through the silt left from flood waters to get to the back of the yard to fill feedersAll in all very happy with the workers and the job they did If you are looking for a way to incorporate Xeriscape and still leave grass, this is the company to call out for a free estimate

Lawn Pros mismanaged my expectations from the jumpThe indisputable facts are: Their estimator missed his scheduled window and only gave consideration when pressed The installers performed their work the day after installation was promised, despite the fact that the weather was beautiful The installation was not done according to the contracted request Lawn Pros promised two "full garlands" around the columns in front of our house and instead installed a paltry garland over our door I was told that garlands are feet long and that the door garland is in fact two connected garlands, but it would be impossible to wrap that more than once around our columns in that case (which is to say the estimate is erroneous or mishandled) I was charged $per foot strand because the garland is "commercial grade." I am here to tell you, they look like the exact same lights you can buy - not rent - at Home Depot for $for feet (see Home Accents Holiday ftPre-Lit Noble Fir Garland Artificial Christmas Decor with Clear Lights, Model # NOBG426100CL1) One strand of single lights on each of my two roof-lines and a completely sub-par garland cost me $altogether (that is after discounts were given for the complaints above) to rent for weeksThat is $a day for an embarrassing, shameful work product On top of that, the estimator and customer service folks were rude, standoffish and did not make a sufficient effort to resolve this clearly bungled experience Save your money - the premium you will pay for this is not worth it The supposed "commercial quality" lights and "professional installation" are inaccurate descriptors The kindest thing I could say about Lawn Pros is that its staff seems to be incompetent and unapologetic; the meanest thing I could say about my experience - and what I feel is more accurate - is that Lawn Pros is deceitful and out to cheat its customers

We had Lawn Pros come and install your sprinkler system and sod in the our back yard. During the digging for the lines I explained that they were digging outside of our property and Rob side they will move it over. I left for the day and assumed it was taken care of. 9 months later we installed our fence and St. [redacted] started digging the hole for the basement on the empty lot next to us. Found out quickly that they didn't move the sprinkler lines onto our property and at that point St. [redacted] got involved too. After explaining what happened over the phone with the owners husband and [redacted] they said they with be out to move the line over. When the tech arrived they changed their minds even when St. [redacted] requested they move the lines off their property because they would have to hand dig about 200 feet and that would be an extra charge us for that. Luckily St. [redacted] didn't have time to deal with this and they took care of it themselves. It was much easier than battling it out over several months. They also lost my sprinkler cover after turning our system back on for the spring. They kept promising they would bring another one out. After several phone calls and 4 weeks later we finally got a new one. I will not nor with St. [redacted] home builders recommend this company.

Our technician Aaron was on time, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful Not only did he perform the requested repairs but he took the time to explain proper watering techniques and set up our sprinkler system timers to the ideal settings He was very helpful in describing other services offered by Lawn Pros and answering all of my questions I would highly recommend this company and Aaron to friends, family and neighbors

I went with LawnPros because they had many good reviewsThey did good work, however I was away from being able to ask questions when I leftUnfortunately my wife did not ask any questions, so when they left we only knew our yard would be water that night at 9:Pm, We had no idea how long or how many days for sure this would happenThey left the area around where the piping comes out a messDefinitely does not look as nice as before they startedThey also we called them later that day because one of the sprinkler heads kept running water, I noticed it because there was a puddle in front of the headI called and they said they would try to get this taken care of, and call me backI had to call them back, no return phone callWhen I did get a hold of staff they said they likely could not come fix the leaking head tonight, and I would likely have to shut my system down tonight so they could come fix it tomorrow My main issue is that they should of been right out to fix the prob

I am completely dissapointed with the Service, the performance, their lack of customer serviceThey charge a lot promise a lot and deliver little to nothingWe paid nearly $for them to care for our lawn this year, and we still have dead grass where our sprinklers still don't reach Poor communication they don't return calls

On June 7, Aaron from law pros came to repair a valve leak on my sprinkler systemHe called minutes before his arrival to tell me he was on his wayHe repaired the leak, answered all my questions about my sprinklers, and even checked out the entire systemHe was totally professional, courteous and knowledgeableI am definitely calling lawn pros and asking for Aaron to winterize my system so the problem does not re-occurThanks Aaron

I would strongly recommend against hiring lawn pros to do any type of landscapingIf your experience is anything like mine it will start with the crew cutting both your cable tv and internet connectionsNext the crew will completely screw up the placement of the grass then ask you if youre willing to pay extra to fill in the empty space that was left because the crew ran out of grassThen theyll leave spots in your neighbors side yard bare of rock after they destroyed their landscaping driving their bobcat between your houses and will promise you that a large collection of dirt in one area of the rocks will wash out eventually only for the rocks and dirt to become hard as concreteWhen you bring this to the attention of the company they will claim, we dont wash the rocks and if you want the dirt and bare spots covered they will be more than happy to charge you more to fix itI guess they dont actually mean it when they say on their websiteFrankly, we want to care for your lawn for

I just had your company come out and replace a back flow for meThe person you sent out was Aaron WHe provided me quick, reliable, and knowledgeable serviceHe gave me crucial information to keep my back flow for being damaged again and also went out of his way to provide me much needed information on my sprinkler systemThat is the best customer service I've ever experience with any company for any issueI will recommend using Aaron to my friends and family for any lawn needs they have

We had our sprinkler system re-paired today, by ***, at Lawn pros He was very courtious and knowledeable Would highly recommend him!

I hired Lawn Pro to install a Patio and turf in my back yard, The estimate was for pavers for a 15x 17 patio and turf. I received a 15x15 12x12 stepping stone checker board mess. Very poor workmanship and materials. My backyard is currently unusable and a tripping hazardous .The 12x12 stepping stones are uneven and sinking in places. I tried to contact the office during installation and afterwards, with no response. I have ask for someone with authority to come out and view the issue and try to rectify the problem. No response and when I emailed with pictures , I received the run around with no response. Very poor customer service and the management team does not seem to care about their customer nor do they care about the quality of work and material they provide . This has been going on for the last month and the only communication I have received was through email after sending pictures and got the run around.

My technician [redacted] gave me a courtesy call and arrived early. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He assessed my sprinkler system in no time and made some key recommendations that I will definitely pursue with lawn pros. He explained about the backflow cover and sold me on the spot. I think I will request him for every service call from here on out. Lawn pros you have a keeper with potential.
