A call ahead was made to Mr [redacted] on October 25th, Mr [redacted] asked that we do not do his application on October 26th, The Customer Service Representative that took the request did not get the application pulled prior to the Technician making the application the next day The Technician did send a call log to contact the customer as he completed the front and sides of the lawn and that we would need to contact the customer to go back on a free service call to complete the back lawn Mr [redacted] called in on the evening of his application and left a message to explain that he was upset On October 26th, the Office Manager, Sandi [redacted] , returned his call and explained that we would write off the application and Mr [redacted] seemed pleased with this outcome When I received this yesterday, a call was placed to Mr [redacted] and a message left to make sure that we had met his expectations Please let me know if there are any further steps that need to be taken on our endSincerely,Susan M [redacted] Vice PresidentLawn Pride, Inc

In response to the complaint made for our previous customer, Mrand Mrs***: Based on reviewing the call with the sales representative and customer on October 4rh, - I think the application that was made should have been skipped When we started the next application with the nitrogen requested by the customer - it could have been completed at that pointI believe that there was a breakdown in communication on our end as to what the customer wanted I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would be glad to do whatever I can to make the customer happy It is my goal to satisfy every customer and sometimes we admittedly fall short Please let me know what I can do to rectify the situation for Mrand Mrs***Sincerely,Susan M [redacted] Vice PresidentLawn Pride, Inc
