Review: I was promised a start date to re-do my retaining wall for driveway. Business was given a 1600$ deposit. Start date May 20, or around there per contract. Has been a month and have not even started project. Owner keeps giving me different start dates, and then does not follow through. Requested deposit back so I could pick a new contractor, and they are not responding to my request. All texts documented from owner of company. Owner states that he ordered supplies, and when I requested my deposit back and he could return material, request was not granted. I do not think this man is going to actually do my retaining wall.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit back so I could go to a different contractor.
