Customer did not include reasons why they did not accept resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I reject their response:  I was waiting all day on July 24. 2017.  I called them finally at 7pm est and the rep told me that they haf no one that could come to my area.  They should stop advertising that they can service this area.  Very unprofessional. I determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.

I would like to reopen complaint [redacted] please.The same guy came back.  Again did a half as job, missed a bunch of areas, did not trim around the trees, and did not edge anything.  This time he also did a large amount of damage to the back yard.Pictures are available.Sincerely,[redacted] H. Hello Revdex.com, I have back tracked the history of the correspondence between the customer and our team. Our company guarantees our lawn pro's work quality. The lawn pro that serviced the property had come out to the job and saw that it was a larger scope of work than originally stated by the...

customer. The lawn pro worked until he ran out of day light during service and had intentions of returning the following day. At that point, the customer disputed that it should have all been completed, in full, on the day of service. Being that we completely understood the customer's concerns, we requested photos of the missed areas; considering our office is based in San Diego, CA, our lawn pros are subcontracted across the nation. After receiving photo confirmation, the head manager of our customer service department immediately issued a refund on August 19th. As seen in the screen shots that I have attached from the customer's account, as well as from our merchant account in our credit card processing system (Stripe), the refund cleared our bank on August 19th (the same day the photos were received) and the customer's bank accepted the payment on August 22nd.  We also sent and email to the customer letting her know that we saw she received it. Please let us know if there is anything additional we'd need to provide. Thank you
