and his assistant "***" were our landscapers. *** one day accidentally cracked the glass my sliding impact door while I was in the house. *** acknowledged that it was indeed his fault. He mentioned he has broken many impact doors because of the rock debris that sometimes flies at the glass and breaks it. He promised me that he would have a glass guy out to fix it as soon as possible as my house was up for sale. This was in October 2019... Fast forward to March 2020, The door had still not been fixed. I stopped paying him and owed him $400 but it was my self who had to call a glass company and pay for it to be fixed. He still owes me $550 for the broken glass and "ghosted" me on all communication to try to receive my funds back. Very irresponsible business practices!!
