Lawn Enforcement Rescue Services

As part of a neighborhood group deal, we contracted with Lawn Enforcement Rescue Services to mow, aerate, and compost our lawnPart of our agreement was for them to hand aerate and compost between some concrete step stones in our backyardIt was not until after we paid them that we realized the hand aeration and composting between the stones was not completedWe contacted them to schedule completion of the agreed upon workWe were told that they would come back the next weekThey did not show the next week and did not call us to rescheduleWe contacted them again and asked when they would be back to finishWe were told they would be back Tuesday of the coming weekThey did not show on Tuesday, and again, did not call to notify us or rescheduleWe contacted them again that evening and were told they were busy and did not have time to complete the work that dayThey said they would be back on Wednesday but once again did not show and did not call to let us know why or rescheduleThey have now refused to come back and complete the job because they got negative publicity from us for not doing what they were contracted to do
