spoke with Sarah, we have stopped the process, you may receive one more letter because it is a series of 5, please disregard it.I have also reinstated your Lawn Doctor account for the lawn and I have changed your email to the main account, I have kept the home number for the Call A heads and put your cell phone number in for the second contact.If you ever do decide to try our mosquito program, please know that if you call within the first week of the application and let us know that it is not working we will come out and reapply at no charge to you, this is a guarantee of our service.  It does happen from time to time that the technician missed an area or the batch was not mixed well enough, our goal is to have you in a mosquito free area.   For the lawn we offer the same if you have weeds in between.  We are a local company and rely on referrals for our biggest compliment so we do not want to have an unhappy customer.  We have an answering service to back up all of our calls during the day and they answer our phones when the office is closed, I am sorry if your call was not returned, that is not our normal practice, I can assure you of that.Thank you for your Business, we appreciate it!I hope you have a great holiday season!Kind Regards,Julie [redacted]
