Had a wonderful experience with these service agents I have high end appliances like sub zero, DCS , and Bosch They take their time and know their stuff I would highly recommend them to any one who needs service Both agents [redacted] and [redacted] were professional and honest and explained in detail ways to keep my appliances in great working order Fantastic job Ace!!!!
Ace came on Sunday evening and fixed my refrigerator that was defrosting my foodThe technician was very nice and charged a very fair rate to fix itMy unit is running as good as newThanks Ace

Had a negative experience today with their technician [redacted].
He was argumentative with me from the time he contacted me on the phone to say he was heading over. He wanted to replace a fuse that I installed that was brand new and never used. Didn't want to hear why I as a veteran electrician thought he was wrong. Then he tried to tell me that a wiring harness was of special heat treated wire or something like that and that is why it needed to be replaced.
[redacted] has no place in the service industry if he can't talk to customers in a civil manner. I won't be bullied.
It is a shame too because I have used them before with good success.
I had a service call to Ace Appliance on Airport Highway in regards to issues with my air conditioner. The service tech, [redacted]. came out to eval the situation says he will have to check around for the part that needs repaired. However, I had questions in regards to service(payment) etc... As I feel I'm entitled as anyone paying for repairs. [redacted]. , whom I did not have the issue with besides leaving some of my parts to the air conditioner exposed when he left, said he will have the service manager contact me. So, [redacted], the Service Manager, called and the conversation immediately went in a negative direction. He came off very rude! He did not allow me, the customer, to speak nor ask any questions. How and the [redacted] can u run a business if you don't have any customer service skills!! Over talking and yelling is not acceptable. How you treat your customers says a lot about you as a person and how you run your business. What's so sad, I've done business with them in the past and never had this issue. I don't know if the location is the issue or they are under new management. For the owner, this manager is giving your business a bad name by his attitude and lack of customer service. But this experience shows me I will have to take my business elsewhere.
