Unfortunately,  as you are likely aware, as an attorney I am prevented by the attorney-client privilege to discuss the details of my association with any current or former client. With that being said, I am very familiar with both...

[redacted] as a client as well as her case, and I had multiple contacts with her during our association together. At no time during her association with me and my office did Ms. [redacted] communicate to me or in my presence that she had made multiple calls to my office requesting case status and was not having her calls returned or her inquiries answered and/or that she was frustrated or dissatisfied with my office's services. Further, she was genuinely happy and satisfied with me and my office at the conclusion of her matter. Knowing Ms. [redacted] as well as her case, I am very surprised by this Revdex.com complaint.I will add that Ms. [redacted]'s native language is Spanish and she is not fluent in English. I do speak and understand some Spanish and my staff is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently.
