Law Offices of Lynn A. Lape

This is a bankruptcy law office that we hired to perform services for my husband and I. We have had the original attorney who handled our case fired while we were in a bankruptcy. We did not receive returned phone calls from her regarding a bad loan that was done through our mortgage company. The owner stepped in at that point and was suppose to handle it from there on out because the State of Ohio sued City Mortgage for the bad loan, in the meantime they needed our testimony, the whole bankruptcy was tied up and we still have no resolve from our bankruptcy attorney, Lynn Lape (owner). We sent her a Deed in Lieu that was notarized, she has not been able to find this or provide a returned phone call as to what the next step is to get this property out of our name. This had been a nightmare! Three years after we have filed bankruptcy, we still have a house in our name as far as we know and no answers as to the deed. We cannot move on and purchase a new home until the deed is out of our name for two years so you can understand our frustration and need to have this resolved ASAP. I have left message after message for the owner Lynn Lape.
