I am very sorry if my mailer confused or caused the complainant any distress. In response to the complaint, I have removed the complainant from my mailing list.

Please note however, the complaint is inaccurate in certain aspects.

First, the mailer is clearly labeled as a "Legal Advertisement" on the front cover and inside at the bottom page.

Second, the debt amount is clearly indicated as "an estimate of debt based on public records data... without pulling private personal credit data" and further it is noted that "You may or many not have unsecured debt".

Again, I apologize for any concern caused by this mailer and have removed the complainant from my list.
