A letter was sent to Ms [redacted] by USPS on Monday We don't represent her and that's all we can provide that she is not represented by Law Offices of [redacted] and Associates
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find...
that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Today I received a letter from attorney [redacted].it was exactly what I needed: written confirmation that he is NOT my attorney. PERFECT! THANK YOU!Obviously, there is a bit of confusion between his offices. At one point a woman told me a letter was sent to my employer. I requested a copy. She sent it to Lake COUNTY instead of Lake COUNTRY. I asked if she could mail or email a copy to me. She said she could not and told me to check with the post office. The post office did not have any mail for me from [redacted].She knew nothing of the man who was to come to my home, as his was in San Diego one day, and I waited for hours. She did not know who that was.I then had a man representing [redacted], who phoned about a month ago, and we were both in agreement that it was not worth their while. I agreed, as it is only 12%, per law. We mutually decided the EEOC was my best way to go.When the EEOC asked if I had representation and I said “no”, I then thought I better have written confirmation, which I got today.I am now very relieved.I do suggest that some form of communication be established between atty (also dentist) [redacted], his 2 offices (La Habra and Fullerton) and his staff. The La Habra office has the same address and phone number for attorney and dentist [redacted], both. He may need a bit of reorganization in his processing of communication between himself, his staff and both offices, if I may suggest that.Thank you very much![redacted] Regards,
[redacted]
