prohibited from responding by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) is valid because they didn't provide any reference to where it says that, and I don't have a background in the law. They have also been deceptive in their communications to this point. However, I plan on taking them to court at this point anyway, so this complaint is basically a moot point, and it can be resolved.Sincerely, [redacted]
