Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10884830, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Company response NOT oorrect: We have called the customer and resolved the issue..,AS the customer was confusedWe had refunded the the amount of $months back but the customer was confused [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] This message from the company is COMPLETELY WRONG 1) I, the customer, am NOT confused 2) Company did not call me nor did I receive ANY refund "months back" I did not receive a refund of any type--no credit card credit, no check in mail, no certified check nor ANY type of refund See messages below, beginning on 9-8-(NOT months back) Company never said one word to me about a refund, much less send me a refund.See exact copies of messages between me and the company I am NOT confusedI received NO refund from companyIssue is NOT resolvedFrom [redacted] to company: On 9-8-I called you to fix my computerUrgent message to call meU NEVER returned my calldays later still no responseYour "service" is worthless w/out prompt response--not daysTried to call U; the # on your [redacted] "has been disconnected."
